Exchanges
Return the items to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at info@weewilliewinkie.com.au.

and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Wee Willie Winkie and the manufacturer. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.
Exchange If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges (please include a self-addresses pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned) and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. If an exchange of the same item can not be made by Wee Willie Winkie then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months. Wee Willie Winkie reserves the right not to exchanges on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, which Wee Willie Winkie adheres to.
